Building a Better Neighborhood
The recent foreclosure epidemic has shown how easy it is for one’s mortgage to slip underwater, and how hard it is to grasp, let alone find a life (or in this case “house”) preserver. What of the plight of streets, whole neighborhoods? Blight spreads quickly — as its name suggest it’s practically infectious.
